I/We, the business Owners/Managers of the above business agree to the following conditions:  

1. That the nomination is formally accepted; 

2. That I/we agree to have a representative available for an interview between 7th - 9th September 2026.

3. That I/we agree to business spotlights &/or imagery which may be generated through the media;   

4. That, to the best of my knowledge, my business is solvent;   

5. That I/we accept the judging process as detailed in this nomination form and accept its decision as final; no correspondence will be entered into.

Confidentiality

This information is collected by Roma Commerce and Tourism Inc. Information collected will be used for administrative and contact purposes and will be provided to the judging committee for the purpose of judging this entry. Contact details may be provided to major sponsors, media sponsors and major supporters. Information provided in the nomination will be treated confidential and content will not be released outside Roma Commerce & Tourism or the judging committee without the organisation’s approval.

Submitted nominations will be judged to short-list entrants to Stage 2 (site visit or interview). Only applications that satisfy all the above criteria will be awarded entry into stage 2.

Question 2: 20 points 

Video: 10 points 

Site visit or interview: 60 points
